Got a friend who has dogs that have skin problems. Her vet prescribes her amox with bad results. I have had used something i can't remember the name on couple of years back on a dog. Anyone know what to use?

Cephalexin is a good all purpose antibiotic, and it's stronger than amoxicillin, I would use that if amoxicillin didn't work. JMO

Does your friend feed raw like you do, or does he feed kibble?
