Track in female

I have gyp that has a track ( vagina track is smaller then normal) with a litter due soon any suggestions on what I can do to help her chances of a natural delivery I understand a C section may half to be preformed but I would very much like to avoid it being she was a working hound thanx for your time

I dont know what it called but they used a ballon on missus to make her have the baby premature it stretched her open then popped the water wonder if you could get something like that from a vet?

The missus just said it was a cathider they put water in it to make the end bulge and open her cervix thats all the info we have sorry

Thanx for the input she had a rough time with the first one then the others came like clockwork but she won't take care of them it's gonna be a rough few weeks ahead
