PS: Since amoxicillin clearly isn't working, and your situation is advancing, I would also switch to Baytril not Doxy ...

We have a spray here called debrisol it gets the dead flesh off i would get it clean of dead shit disinfect the area with betadine and get some serious atibiotics going on. What ever you do if you save the lip id be intetested to know how cause that shits bad as ive ever seen

No, you need to go to a drug store and get the epsom salts, betadine, etc. Table salt is not the same.
Like the article says, twice a day minimum.
I would be doing this ASAP, and good luck.
Pigmad, i think there is no good way to treat this otherwise then to prevent it.

Didnt think you were going to save the lip.. We get some pretty big tips off the boars here and can get some good infections. I am water and sewer plant senior operator i know a bit about bacteria how it works and how to kill it.
I gave him baytril injectable for 5 days.
The vet now gave me ENROFLOXORAL 150 mg tablets, once a day 23 pieces.
I think its a little bit to much for such a heavy anti biotic. For how long would you guys keep giving this?

Enrofloxoral is the equivalent of Baytril ...
I would definitely give it to him for at least two weeks, or the 3 weeks you were prescribed.
That is not a minor infection; it is something that needs intensive care.
