Anyone have any experience with Vitamin B12 injectables for performance?

No replies unfortunately, but i have been giving it to a recovering dog. Just 5 days 2cc to a 45 lbs dog. Could buy it easily trough some pigeon webshop here. Some ask a prescription for catosal.
In which way would it assist in performance?

Well from what I'm researching it's suppose to help athletes with metabolism to convert food to energy, red blood cell formation, and mental clarity. I'm reading it's commonly used in race horses. Also given to humans and animals that are deficient for appetite stimulant and energy boost.

Wonder how much it will be of help in increasing the count of red blood cells. That would be an easy way.
