The man just puts himself in horrible positions. There's a lot to be said about his poor judgement as a dogman.

He basically got popped for doing nothing. What was his crime? No visible or recent marks, no box, no mill, just a breeding stand.

The neighbors heard "dogs barking" ... and that means he was fighthing them? WTF?

I'd like to see anybody try to raise 26 dogs in their back yard, of any breed, and not hear "dogs barking" at times ... lol

It's not what he's doing now, we all know that. It's the things he's been convicted for in the past.

If they don't charge him, what basis do they have for keeping his dogs?

Did he receive a ban for keeping dogs from the first time round ? If so, then hearing dogs bark is all that his neighbours would need to inform on him.

I hope he gets his dogs back. Since when does barking = dogfighting? Nosey neighbors should mind their own business.

They even tried to make what they did look good by bringing up a bust he clearly B.B had nothing to do with. Them hoe ass neighbors call the police and got the man dog took and now they are trying to say he fight dogs. BULLSHIT! It don't say no were in they law book that you can't own a mill of a breeding stand. Now that man gone spend a lot of money to get his stuff back for nothing.sad sad sad!

Correct, what the humane society is basically saying is:

1. If you own pitbulls and they bark, they can take your dogs for dog fighting , not charge you, then give you the option of just letting the dogs get put down or risk getting charged.

hsus need to stop with these witch hunts. who cares what the guy did in his past if you have no evidence that shows he is doing it again aka being caught in the []. he is not guilty plan and simple. so give the man his dogs back and his breeding tools back. its not against the law to bred dogs!

It takes alot less than that to draw unwanted attention. Once they are there what is right and what is wrong is no longer factored in. EWO

That's BS. Hope things work out for Brian and he gets his beloved dogs back in good condition. I tried to share this news on one of the main bulldog boards where his available breedings used to be advertised. Got took down and deleted fast. Makes me wonder?

Really sorry to hear this. Many times the H.S. loses these cases but still manage to kill the dogs. Someone up my way burned them and the county, a new one for a nice sum of money. But they still manage to destroy the dogs.

There has to be something done to prevent this from happening. There needs to be laws that says they can't arrest someone for dog fighting unless caught in the act.

Yeah, curious why it got took down too? More yard bust coming? Someone demanded I delete the thread when I posted on another board. When I looked to check again it was deleted.

His neighbors were suspicious ...I guess that's probable cause? Lmfao they take the dogs as evidence they can use later to bring up charges or arrest you on something. Probable cause is a different way of saying illegal search and seizure!

I'll just say that it was Feds Online. That is all. The news article is back up. Thanks EV.

That's fucked up. Wouldn't wish that on any man, but at the same time you gotta wonder why people don't just switch it up a lil bit. I mean the whole chain set up is a dead give away to them bitches, even if there's nothing visible that set up screams dog fighter to them so if you want to keep that many dogs you need to spread them out at different locations that way you stay low key and if they still come at you they won't get it all!
Kinda reminds me of how the police used to fuck with dudes that drove box chevy's simply because that was the dope mans choice of car so anyone driving one was suspect in their eyes, buy a fucking Prius and you can drive right past em with all the dope you ever seen! Smh
