tips on nipple reduction after pups

my bitch had a litter of 7 and as of now they are almost 5 weeks in a couple days. the pups are no longer on the dam and they are weaned. she is healthy and walked a hour and a half everyday. just curious any tips or suggestions you guys have to reduce the sagging nipples faster.

Mostly has to do with 1) how soon you remove the pups, and 2) how lean you keep the bitch.
