I cannot for the life of me see how anyone can be charged with dog fighting unless caught in the act, especially just hauling them around. As long as I've been aware of them being able to do this, I am still in awe that it can be done. This has got to stop. The police can CHARGE you with all sorts of things. Any lawyer will get the bogus charges dismissed to where you will have to fight the legitimate charges.

True, but getting down to the legitimate charges is where the $$$$$ is. By the time one gets to the legitimate charges the dogs are gone, tons of money is spent and then the guy who really did nothing in the first place is punished for being not guilty. EWO
