I would always ask on the other site and my post would be deleted for some reason. Looking to relocate the the Tallahassee, Fl area. Anything I should know about? Tether laws? BSLs?

The best thing you could do would be to get ahold of the zoning department of the county, and get direct information as to # of dogs you can have, the possibility for kennel permits, as well as tethering laws.

I know in Volusia County you have to be zoned Agriculture to have a number of dogs.

I recently got told that if you buy industrial land there is nothing that can be said on how many dogs you own inside our outside a given city. (would like to point out this is in my state, and states do differ quite alot.)

Anyway something to check out.

The place I'm looking @ is in MONTICELLO. Its @ the end of a road backed up by forest. I don't keep that many (7).

I see. Just got done looking @ the archived news. Looks like a horrible place to live.
