Does anyone know aobut the man that bred jumbo , he goes by TJ and looking at peds online from the dogs around jumbo, it doesnt look like he bred many dogs, which seems strange as normally when people import a dog to match they go to a known dogman ,and Tj doesnt show up as a breeder in many other peds ,so any info would be helpfull as to who TJ is.

Probably a reason he doesnt want his name out all around or folks to know who he is. Also just because Pedsonline doesnt show it does not mean that dog hasn't had his balls bred off.
Why don't you ask Radonjic himself?

Sometimes the reason a dog gets his balls bred off is because he can produce :)
