I would also try to contact the owner of this web page as he has bought the rights directly from Jack Kelly: http://www.sportingdogjournal.info/sdj_reprints.html I know he only sells the issues fromm 1972 until 1983 but maybe he can give you any information on whether he will also reprint the issue from 1984 and up any time soon. He is also a member on here. His alias is SDJ2010.
