Recently I had a situation where a dog chewed his house and I thought he swallowed some wood because he got sick. I immediately got plenty of fluids in him and also got him on Nutri-Cal until he began eating again. It took him a couple weeks to fully recover and I never did see much wood pass thru although I put the Mineral Oil to him heavily. I considered it may have been Babesia and that I should give him a shot. Although he is acting like his old self again and has fully come around should I still give him the Berenil or should he be good to go into a keep?

There is no way I can answer that without seeing the dog and the bloodwork, so you should get bloodwork done before you make that decision, which should be standard anyway.
