I called Patty at the Adba. She gave me the next few generations on tanners brandywine. Peds online only had it as far as her. Enjoy

Evolution, the Jackson's Coal Cat bitch was one of my dogs. I let V.J. have her when I decided to stay more private in the dogs. Stayed away from the dog shows for awhile so missed her dog pulling events.

I named her Coal Cat because she was a all white bitch dog with little black tattoo tickings in her skin. Coal Cat Looked like a clone replica of Heinzl's Polly bitch. Coplin's Molly and Heinzl's Polly were full sibling sisters. Was one of V.J.'s favorite bitches and the Hank dog died before we could line breed her back to the V.J. Hank dog.

I kept the Young's Bruno dog and V.J. had Coal Cats full sister Jackson's Brandy. Brandy was a outstanding little bitch but broke all her teeth out chewing the chain roots etc. Larry Porter bought Brandy and was planning to breed her to Jocko. When the big bust went down. All of his dogs were destroyed including Jocko/Brandy. If my memory is still correct on all the events. But not sure anymore. Cheers

I did not know Eric Winningham till later and in the last years that he had dogs. I never saw those Hemphill crossed dogs he owned. In his younger years he owned and used the Hemphill line of dogs. Hemphill dogs were popular back then. He spoke about some of them time to time.

Eric was part of the Charleston dog men group. Visited his home on numerous occasions. Some of the last dogs he had was when Willaims owned the McNeil Chuck dog. Chuck was bred to a Lightner bitch Scotty Todd had named Mouse. The only female dog of that breeding I saw was a nice looking buckskin bitch with those lappy ears. Eric and his brother had the last of that breeding. May have owned some of the Burns or Tant dogs before he died but am no longer sure about that. Burns, Bo Harris, Watkins,Williams and Eric were close friends.

What happen to the rest of the Chuck x Mouse litter and who ended up with them, I was never able to find out. Scotty Todd who also was a very good singer and night club entertainer. Quit the dog game moved back to N.C. and later became a Pastor of a local Church.

Some of the younger dogmen back then that liked the Medlin/Hemphill line blended with the Howard Teal Trice bloodlines were J. Coleman, Rayfield, Kale and Hall. These dogs were also blended with the Tramp Red Boy dogs.

Coleman's Turkey was a outstanding deep game dog. I saw go a couple of times. Mr. Teal had taken Coleman under his wing and helped him along in the dog game. Cheers

I think that bitch whelped two bitches, Twister & Blitz that in my opiniion are the reasons people can still breed those dogs so tight repeatedly and not get fucked up dogs because they're crossed already through those females.
