If any, what is the dosage on this particular antibiotic? All help would be appreciated...
You can google any medicine for dosages. Its in jacks book and article on this site as well..

Be sure to finish out the full coarse of baytril. If you don't finish it the infection can come back stronger, lists of guys make the mistake of using it for 3 or 4 days and then stop because they don't see the need to continue, it's vital to finish out the full coarse.

Just for clarity, that's with ANY antibiotic not just Baytril.
