This bum/theif "Marb" hustled/scammed me up for my prospect and $615
We've made an agreement to trade Prospect and Brood dog. (Texting proof)
I sent him my prospect with $250 on top for his Brood stud dog as he will work my prospect and I will keep his stud dog as brood. I also sent him $190 to go in half for his fake made up transport(Blaze) and pay my half $175 to my transporter to deliver my prospect which is $615 total out of me.
The brood dog never made it to me after many excuses about weather at the same time I couldn't reach Mar and he claimed to be locked up and bailed out. Few days later Mar claimed he had 3 of his cousins gone to Blaze(Transporter) home in Louisiana and hostage 2 dogs so I would get my brood dog delivered in 2hrs. He started telling me the 2 hostages was a pregnant female and a 1xw. WTF! I have never spoke to his transporter or heard his voice and phone been off ever since the expected date of arrival.
I asked Mar "If Blaze live in LA then why do blaze have a NJ area code number 609 like yours??? and if you have 2 hostages shouldn't you have the license plate number?" then he got heated and went on accusing me of being a cop WTF!?. I told him I will wait another few days for the brood dog to arrive he said ok so we hung up. Later that night my prospect arrived to NJ and he didn't have the money to pay my transporter and claimed to be out of town watching movie with family. I called him and I heard dogs barking in the back ground then I ask him why are there dogs barking if you're at the movies? He said he's at a show waiting for tomorrow. WTF!??? He then begged me to pay the transporter of my prospect and he'll pay me back because he haven't had a bank in 10yrs WTF I rejected him and told him NO so he went on to find some money next day and payed my transporter so my prospect got dropped off to him. He then tell me that his made up transporter BLAZE is always HIGH on weed. WTF
So I told him let's get down to it have me get direct contact with blaze family if you claim your cousins have his house phone. He got heated and told me "Fuck no you are a cop, I'm having my brood dog sent back to me and will send you $250 and your mutt back." I Knew I was scammed at that point so I told him to send me back all of my money I got scammed for and my prospect. But now he's telling me he won't send me shit and calling me a cop and texting me every hr with racial slurs and for me to go get my prospect.
I have to find someone to pick up my prospect from this BUM/SCAMMER. If you are near or in NJ just pm me and I'll have you call him and he'll meet up with you. It will cost me $850 for Bayou to send me back my prospect so it's best I have someone pick him up and raise him on my half. Mar owes me $615 to be exact!!

His KNL NAME sums it up "RED FLAG KENNEL"
Climate with all due respect. Safer to play the dog game around a 400 mile area of where you live. Where you can drive to a place and back to do business. See everything done with your own two eyes.
To my way of thinking the deal you did was allowing yourself to be screwed royally by a sweet talking Con Man. What was wrong with your dog versus his dog? You had a nice looking well built dog. I would never trust someone that far away to show a dog of mine.
Climate best to do your own thing and hopefully with a good dog partner that lives close by. Sure not all, but from what I have been hearing about dog transporters. Some are out to find good bred dogs to steal. Like giving the Fox the key to the Hen house and paying the Fox a fee to boot.
Going up into that part of the Country to find your dog could be very risky for you. Even if you ever get the dog back. No telling what will have been done to it. Sorry for your loss. Hope you do get your dog back in one piece and no further cost to you. Cheers

Hit the nail on the head CJ! Same think just happened to a buddy of he sent a brood gyp and male along with money and supposedly bought half of a CH, long story short both dogs gone along with the money and CH was sold outright to some else. If you don't know a person should never trust them sad but its the world we live in.
Ditto ragedog10. One of Michael Jackson's songs best says what has happen to our friend Climate. He has been Hit by a Smooth Criminal.

Sadly I did. Learning a big lesson seems better than a small. Taught me tons.
I was dealing with a city gangster/thug/bum. He have no remorse and refuses to come clean whatsoever.
I'm glad I got him on blast and so his days are done.
He even plan on becoming a transporter told me he wanted to rent a van and "make some loop". Wow!
he claims to have semen off Lukane, barracuda and all of these other grch's
this was pretty much your red flag.

I cant for the life of me understand why you would choose to do business with a complete stranger , one with no reputation, no track record to get a dog that is off a dog that is off a dog that I own and is producing champion and winning stock that is DNA profiled, instead of simply buying from a reputable kennel.

That stud dog is bred fairly nice... But I'm not sending a good prospect AND cash to anyone for anything I haven't seen with my own eyes lol. Unless your prospect wasn't worth a shit.

Word.
When I wanted good dogs, I ONLY went to breeders known to produce them. Period.
Until such point as I was producing my own ... and then I didn't have to buy dogs from anyone.
If you want to remain an unknown jerkoff, buy from unknown jerkoffs.

Chino vouched for this scam bag and so I took the 2/3 of step and fell in the hole.
Everyone makes mistakes in life but if you know me, this is the first time in my life to ever get scam.
Nice day,

I sold Chino a book, I think, but I wasn't aware he was a leading breeder of APBT excellence.
Chino seems funny on the internet, but I just thought that's all he was: a vulgar comedian on Peds Online.
I never knew he was a guy to follow or pattern my serious decisions after.

Anyway, Ponchoback (http://www.thepitbullbible.com/forum/bulldog_profile.php?dog_id=177) was a bulldog, (if you could post his name to link)
I seen him, flawless. Head doctor with above close. If only he was in real hands.(XXXXX+) 8)
As you said Poncho didn't throw enough ass end but Silver sure did.
And I know the camp that gone into S. ICON (http://www.thepitbullbible.com/forum/bulldog_profile.php?dog_id=4430).
Good Luck

Thank you. Done. And, yes, the guy who had him was a dumbass. Would go into anything, but didn't have enough sense to back off.
Put Screaming Icon in keep while still busted up from spotting 3 lb and coming from way back, pushing 2 lb, to win in 1:20. Screaming Icon was an average dog on something his own weight, let alone pushing weight. Showed unbelievable heart & ran 3 falling-down scratches, the last one to win in 1:20, against a bigger dog ... and then gets put into a keep, while still healing, and gets put into a (now) Grand Champion who outweighed him by, I think, 4-5 lb. Very sad way to go for Sun Demon, who was a good solid dog at 38, but was not meant to fight in the low-to-mid 40s. Can't believe someone would be that heartless with his dogs, let alone that stupid with his money.
Ponchoback was simply an ace, but he ran into a helluva dog on #2, but still beat him in 2:36.
Back to your story, when all is said and done no one should get ripped off like you did.
Would never personally deal with anyone on a nationwide basis, with my money, unless they had a long, successful, proven career already.
Been ripped off a few times myself trusting "friends," and it's annoying, but that's the way the ball bounces too sometimes.
Best of luck in recovering from the loss, and still coming out better in the end.

That camp obviously have no passion and is desperately trying to race(no Brakes) to the TOP for just a "name/title".
With a Flawless bulldog you will knock down his great chances of winning & living to gambling(50/50) if you don't give that bulldog what he requires to recover before signing the C.
Many camps from the Midwest are most likely known to come over weight. And surely if you just apply brakes, take the F. and leave to come back for rematch you could have saved wear n tear from going up hill and gone further etc.
Thanks Jack, I learned a lot from this S*** HOLE and will not make this same mistake again. 8)
