Using a stud to cover more than one bitch

What is the best method to use when covering more than one bitch with one stud?

Bitches ovulating the same day? I do not have much experience with breeding but i'd do progesterone tests on both, and if that's in fact the case. I would breed the one i want the most first and hope the stud produced enough semen to en pregnant the 2nd bitch 24 houres later.

I'd collect the stud in a vial... Split the collection... Add extender and do an a.i.

What is the best method to use when covering more than one bitch with one stud?

I bred Poncho to 3 bitches at the same time during the week.

Bred to one bitch in the morning, one in the evening, the third the next morning.

Skipped that evening ...

Returned to the first bitch the following morning to repeat the above. Did that for 3 days in a row

All 3 bitches took ... one of which was the litter that produced Gr Ch Zukill and 5 littermates (all 6 were matched, 5 out of 6 won, earning 12 wins total).
