About 12 hours after pups were delivered, bitch gets 100% loose stool. Has had at least 4 movements completely liquid. What cam cause this and what can I do to help?
I would take her to the vets. Maybe some pepto ? Read the label first.
probably cause she ate the (to much) placenta and or combination with delivery stress? i think its nothing to worry about.

If it don't subside today she'll be going to vet tomorrow
Imodium will help and I always have plain yogurt or kefir on hand for bitches who deliver pups. As it seems they usually will have a softer stool.
Also I only let them eat 3 placentas, then I discard the rest. The few times I didn't remove the placentas I had the same issue you are having.
I hope your bitch feels better soon, good luck!

That is the smartest course of action.
Rather than drugs, which may affect the pups, I would just use good ol' fashioned white rice + chicken. The white rice is binding for the stool, and the chicken will get her to eat it.
You should also add Pedialye to her water, as if she's shitting pure liquid she's losing electrolyes.
She should be okay, but the thing to watch for at the vet would be acute metritis.
While you're there, make sure she doesn't have a decaying zombie pup/placenta in her uterus also ...
Good luck,
Jack

Yes. I have oxytocin and liquid calcium at home. calcium under the skin and oxytocin I'll get anything out, but I wouldn't mess with it unless I was sure there was a pup stuck in there. I always do 5 days of clavamox after every whelpin. iit helpstthe milk and deters a vaginal infection

Her poop started to get some texture to it now. Not pure liquid. I picked up plain Yogurt, and added it to her feed 2 X today. I normally have some but what was in the fridge was bad. Her poop was doing better before I added any yogurt. When she was passing pure liquid I was giving her chicken broth cause I didn't have any pedalyte. Everything seems ok now. I've had then get running after eating the placentas just never before pure liquid. Won't let one eat 9 placentas again.
I try to snatch as many as i can.

I always let my bitches eat the placenta ... that's what they're supposed to do.
It never results in pure, liquid shits ... but some pretty tarry-looking ones, which go back to normal quickly.
Something else was going on to make the bitch shit pure liquid, it wasn't the placentas ...

Placentas are pure nutrition. It has nothing to do with it. I've always let them devour all afterbirth. Its needed raw protien. Its important not to change any of the diet right before or after birh. As a matter of fact, I like having her on puppy food a month before due to drop.

I once saw a documentary where some people eat that stuff as well
I have 3 kids but I passed on all 3 of them
