Do you mean Swollen after practice?

If so humans, need to soak in epson salt and hot or warm water.

If your pet has parts swollen then they we go down by there selves unless infected.

First i would consider clean up with water, and Hydrogen Peroxide. next apply some type of infection or cut medicine such as neosporin ect. and wrap with gauze.

It would be easier if i knew what was swollen

I) Tend to all wounds medically as outlined in my book, keeping all wounds clean, dressed, and keeping the dog in a clean environment;

2) Keeping things that way with (at least) twice-daily vigilance;

3) Keeping the dog on the proper antibiotics all through the healing process;

4) Using dexamethasone/azium if necessary.
