HOW DO YOU FIX IT? IS SURGERY ONLY WAY TO FIX IT OR IS THERE OTHER WAYS?
ITS A 4 MONTH OLD PUP THAT HAS IT.

Surgery is the only way to correct it that I know of ... although I know some people who cull pups with it altogether.

Why cull? Is it something that can be passed on? I run jeep/redboy dogs and never had this issue till outcrossing to another line.

Yes, it is genetic.
I personally don't feel it is a big enough deal to cull over, as my own belief is every dog deserves to "come of age" and show what it's made of, but some people don't like any flaws in their dogs at all, and just cull for something like cherry eye.
However, lots of "flawed dogs" have made Champion.
Therefore, you can either ignore it, get the surgery, or cull the dog.
I have never had a dog get this myself, but I would probably just ignore it myself unless it was really bad.
