Again, sorry for the English tutorial, but I was never allowed to get away with speaking incorrectly at home ... and it kills me to hear/see how so many people speak and write.

Anyway, with my OCD about writing out of the way, let me say Congratulations for what looks to be a fine, high-percentage gyp.

I am curious though: it takes two dogs to produce an all-uniform litter.

Why do you give "the brood gyp" all the credit for the litter quality, as opposed to the studs you used?

Also, 3 dogs that have won matches before the age of two = 3 pups that have been rolled and rushed pretty fast.

Crazy Buck (http://www.thepitbullbible.com/forum/bulldog_dogs_profile.php?dog_id=26835) and Junior (http://www.thepitbullbible.com/forum/bulldog_dogs_profile.php?dog_id=26836) are 20 months, which is cool, but hell Hitler (http://www.thepitbullbible.com/forum/bulldog_dogs_profile.php?dog_id=48036) is only 14 months :-q

What is your hurry that you feel the need to match 12-14 month old puppies? (You basically hooked a yearling in order to match him at 14 months :rolleyes:)

Are these matches into good dogmen, or just into neighborhood kids with dogs?

Also, how much time are you going to give these animals between matches? A week? A month? What?

While it seems like you're producing some competitive dogs, it also seems like you are yet another guy who is hell-bent on running everything he has into the ground.

People who are "always matching" their dogs seldom have their dogs live very long ... that is just a nearly-3-decade observation of mine :idea:

I have been doing this for years, safely, because there are ways of boasting so where you don't really give out enough information for anything to happen. There are also ways of boasting where you're saying/showing too much. I am not asking you to say anything that is "too much," am asking you to qualify your boasting.

You are the one who came on here boasting about your dogs ... and, it seems like, for good reason. I would be bragging too :mrgreen:

When dogs win, the typical question ANYONE asks is, "Who did they beat?"

When we had the thread topics evaluating the Candidates for DOY here ... do you really think it's enough to say, Gr Ch X beat "a dog?"

We want to know WHO they beat to QUALIFY for being DOY, don't we?

I mean, how do you think dog-quality GETS evaluated other than by quality of opposition?

If I sold a dog to a guy who "won 2," but his wins were over two nothing dogs owned by nobodies ... and if I sold another dog to another guy, whose dog won 2 (one over HOE and the other over Captain America), which dog of MINE do you think I would be higher on? They both might be littermates; they both might be equally-good; but one simply has a more impressive record than the other.

Why? Quality of Opposition, that's why.

So, again, I am not asking you questions I wouldn't be asking my own customers about my own bloodline.

I try to re-read, proof my posts. Sometimes I miss some things, some times I am in a hurry and hit reply. The majority of the words I spell incorrectly are basically from speed and lack of typing ability. Spelling and grammar only bother me when it prevents the idea from being delivered. Most of the time I can get the intention of the post so all is well with me.

My wife on the other hand has the OCD Jack mentions. She corrects texts as well as Face book posts. Her friends are critical of her but she spazzes when the English language is jacked up. So I see this often.

Personally I do not see the need to point it out, but to each his own.

With that said, the questions were legitimate. If I come on here and say my dog did this and that, any and every one on the board has every right ask questions pertaining to the validity of my claims. If I can't take and/or answer the questions than I should keep my dogs and his conquests to myself.

One of my favorite sayings in these dogs is, "People that need to know, know and the people who do not need to know, don't". Making the initial post sort of tosses this out the window.EWO
