Just read about this over on the on lines pedigree site. South Carolina is not the State to get busted on Dog Fighting charges. The law in this State was one of the first liberal progressive laws passed. That states you are Guilty to just have intentions, to do any illegal activities of dog or cock fighting. Is a federal crime. The law finds a mill,break sticks, weighing scales, chained and scarred dogs. Is all that is needed with the Humane Society or Peta pushing to press charges. You are considered guilty and must prove your innocence.
This is just one of the ways the progressive liberals began chipping away at our Constitutional rights and our Bill of rights many years back. Start with something the majority of the public will get behind. Helps the politicians too get a feather in their hat for a reelection at a later date. Times are changing at a really fast pace now. Hope no wives and children have to suffer any loss from that bust. One loses a good paying job and even personnel property. Could put one's family in the streets. Nothing to Cheer about.
