Raising 2 pit bulls as house dogs under one roof

I presently have a 15 mo old male a son of Garners Santos that grew up in my house with a female Rptty that recently died suddenly from bone cancer. The death of the Rotty had a profound effect on my bulldog they were very attached far beyond what I realized. I recently got a female pup that is 10 weeks old(another bulldog). Does forum think that this is a death sentence for the female pup??
Love these Bulldogs and also thought may ease the older ones pain.

I'm sorry to hear you dog lost his buddy. :(

I'd introduce the pups slowly, see how the male responds to the female. Pay attention to your male, he should let you know if he's not interested in making friends.

I'd have them both on a leash and introduce them outside on neutral territory. If your male drops his front legs on the ground with his ass in the air, that's good! If he stiffens up and lunges that's not good!

Can't think of too many house-raised dogs that would have a problem with a pup.

Most "kill everything" dogs are chain-brains who've had no socialization at all.

I had a male off of Ez Money that was very very good. When I was doctoring him up him and my lil pug dog developed a friendship. She would go sleep by his kennel door at night. So, I decided to try and let clyde be a house dog also. Never had any issues with them two. He would change on any car ride.. Couldn't be in the car with pug. He always thought we was going to handle business. Lol

I can definitely work, especially if one is naturally submissive. I would never, ever leave them alone unsupervised while not at home.

If it can happen - IT WILL HAPPEN
