View Full Version : Bulldogs legal in New Zealand?
Pretty straightforward question.
Looking quickly on google, from this link --
https://petolog.com/articles/banned-dogs/#new_zealand
New Zealand
The American Pitbull Terrier, Tosa Inu, Fila Brasileiro (Brazilian Mastiff) and Dogo Argentino since 2003 are subject to mandatory chipping, sterilization, walking on a short leash and muzzled only. Also the import of these dogs.
And this NZ link --

Sounds like you cannot import any pit bulls into New Zealand and the breed can be subject to mandatory sterilization.
Good thing I didn't ask about pit bulls.
Good thing I didn't ask about pit bulls.
Why the sarcasm? You are saying you were asking about English Bulldogs? Why would those be banned anywhere? Those can barely walk let alone bite anything...
You go on a website and there are many places pit bulls are bamned... There are also ways around it. If they are banned thsre, and have to be fixed, how are people playing out there? And I have word that they are, and I don't think that website will say anything about that.
