I have this old video of rebels yard , is there a way to upgrade it to a better quality , the shit looks all messed up on new tv's
the video contains action and faces so I dont want to bring it to a shop

any ideas

It's possible to clean up the image and even blur out faces if you have the software and know-how.

Have you already digitized it?
