Yes sir. I wish I was still feeding him. Things don't always go as we plan though and I think he's I good hands now as well.

"In the wild, a dog with puppies is vulnerable to all sorts of predators. If the puppies become vocal and distressed, the danger of attack by a predator increases. The primeval protective instinct will sometimes surface in even the gentlest pet. This occurs in some breeds more than others. Killing the puppies and sometimes eating them is a method of averting a perceived danger."

Well that sucks, sorry to hear.

Damn, that is a real shame. I'm sorry to hear this, that was a well bred litter.

Thanks guys. Good news is I own the dogs so the breeding will be able to be repeated and now I know to keep a close eye on her and not to leave her unsupervised with the pups for long periods of time.
