Since the admin has mentioned rolling out maybe some new features, name change, etc. it might do some good to get some member input on additions or changes you would like to see here?

I'll kick it off with the color scheme change. No matter what scheme you choose, that Mountain Dew green is just too much for me personally and is on each of the skins. It only looks decent in the mobile light style. A more printer friendly look could be an idea as well. Maybe print pedigree function that wouldn't include the forum tabs at the top or the dog photo could be optional as well.

how about a alphabetized photo gallery(one clear pic of good quality) that links picture of said dogs to their pedigree page?

JMHO, It would be nice to be able to do better forecast future breedings out another generation. Essentially provide a test breeding formate for the proposed breedings. I think this is one of the "benefits" of pedsonline, however that information should not be permitted to be added to the data base. Instead it should be able to be accessed locally by the respective user under their test breeding portfolio. So, I guess expand the breeding menu to include a test breeding portfolio to store these breeding would also be prudent. Just my 2 cents

I like the site. I use the peds section and a little of the database as far as co-efficient numbers.

I do not think you need the internet or message board police. Although Jack was an ass, and I got tossed as well, the board members are required to toe the line.

The database is one thing but the scrutiny he provided was a big separation between the boards as well.

When a guy can make 20 identical posts with gay porn to show his lack of favor for another member on every section of the board, for me, that guy has to go. Maybe temporarily, maybe long term, I do not know that.

When I see those I just leave the board alone. In time I do not re-subscribe.

There needs be a happy medium between Jack being an ass and peds being a free-for-all.

EWO I agree with you completely. I think we've achieved that "happy nedium". Can't make everyone happy though and that has become evident at times. But overwhelmingly I think this site hits the mark for what most are seeking in a good honest database.

I'm sure I've been in folks boxes that didn't like their peds corrected, not saying I enjoy being the bad guy at times but we're trying to set ourselves apart from the rest.

The most complete accurate data possible! :D

No doubts.

I think it is a really good site.

If it were mine I would want to expand the membership. I have no problem with the expansion as long as the integrity of the board itself is maintained.

Not that that is any of my business, but on the other board(s), as soon as I see all the crazies with repeated posts trashing each other, I simply move on.

Even though I got the axe from Jack for nonsense, I did appreciate at least he was on that side of the curve. (There may be a compliment in there somewhere, LOL)

I'm digging where it is at right now.

Reference as in a current good standing member vouches for you, ensuring you're not a destructive asshat? That you actually have dogs? Or have had dogs. Anonymity makes us laugh and makes us cry. While we enjoy our own privacy, some of us being more transparent than others.. it also allows those who are not friends of these dogs to creep on the shadows. I'm sure some of them are here now.
