Pit Bull Bible Worming Schedule

Since Jack doesn't sell the hard copy of the book anymore, I bought the Amazon Kindle version. However, the formatting is messed up when it comes to tables and things and I can't make sense of the Adult Worming Schedule in Chapter 10. It lists each month of the year and it looks like each month is supposed to have a set of worming drugs attached to it, but the drug list is all jumbled up. Would anyone who has the hard copy be willing to post a picture or just list-out which drugs he has associated to each month?

I don't have the Pit Bull Bible so I can't tell if it's the same worming schedule but his Indispensable Tips has a page on worming with an "Adult Worming Schedule" table. You can search for "California Jack Indispensable Tips download" and you'll find several forum posts with the link to the download if you want the whole thing. Otherwise here's the page I'm talking about
