I normally use this website download the pic and follow the instructions and be sure not exceed over a 150K. If that don't work whatever site your using just keep decreasing the pixels until it work.
EXAMPLE: 300x300 250x250 200x200 150x150
NOTE: Using the website given will tell you the exact file size of the picture you're using so you will be able to get it right the first time around.
