Happy belated New Years to one and All.
I know that many are aware that Robert (Bob) Stevens recently put out a new book (Vol.1 of 2) which is a great read for novices to veterans..
Yet he just put out a smaller book on Conditioning ....
Do yourselves the honours of getting it.
Just knowing who the author is you know this too, will be a classic for all Bulldog lovers.
