Concrete bowls

Can anyone tell me how to make concrete bowls? I just bought a new bulldog a little while back and he's turned out to be a hard keeper he is extremely hard on his bowls! I need to make him some concrete bowls because it's to hot for me just to take away his bowls. Thanks in advance.
