It mentions that the test "isn't perfect" (and, realistically, no test ever is) ... but I would be interested to hear some concrete numbers, if possible (e.g., 98% effective, 75% effective, etc.).

More or less, it says that if the test is positive for cancer then probably it exists, if it is negative, no guarantees. Also the cancer has to be at a certain, somewhat advanced, stage, to be detected.
Usefull I guess.
