Are they harmful after they expire or do they just lose their potency?

There is no "one" answer, so (as with anything) it depends on the meds you're talking about.

Some meds lose their potency; some meds actually become more potent; while some meds even become dangerously toxic.

Therefore, you have to be more specific as to what you're talking about, because if you're looking for some 'one' blanket answer that covers every med manufactured by man, there is no such thing.

I was checking my med cabinet and notice my ivermec, fish zole, and fish sulfa forte were all expired. I'm about to order more should I chunk what I have are is it still good?
