    Flies

What do you guys recommend to keep flies off of dogs? I'm heading down to the hardware store now to buy some tiki torches, but wanted to know if there's anything else I could get.

Lol, I keep it all clean but neighbours have decided its time to start using manure, and road works on sewage pipes aren't helping.
Anyway, grabbed some tiki torches, got them burning and it seems to help.

Check out the money saving section in the pit bull bible. Use permethrin II
I spray my porches, windows, screen doors and not a fly to be seen. I live next to some horses and cattle and use to have a major issue with flys. Mix 4oz to 20oz water

Permethrin II and mineral oil sticks to surfaces and lasts a long time.

I spray the wire of my above-ground pens and it holds most of the flies and mosquitoes at bay for awhile ...

The oil is by far the best way to go but plays hell on the windows. Just sayin lol

    True!

But by the same token it is great for screen mesh
