these kind of laws already exist here. Sucks for the people with 10+ dogs Kennel setups cost allot of money

This statement is as dumb as a anti-tethering law. The sad thing is these laws are getting passed in rural areas before anyone is aware of the ordinance. And the more they get passed, the more states will follow suite.
