    .

The title is wrong, my dogs balls are in his inguinal area, under the skin and not in a sack like they supposed to, so the semen is sterile,

Does anyone have experience with surgery that stretches the vas deferens and place the balls to the back in a sack? My vet says its an option, but since the balls are underdeveloped he doesnt give me allot of chance.

Nut....funny coincidence in your name and the topic! LOL

No experience with this, but as you may know cryptorchidism is genetic. If your dogs testicles have not descended by 6 months or so, they likely never will. If you do a surgery to correct this, your male will produce both males and females with the cryptorchid gene.

If the chances would be 10 % i'd do the surgery after his racing career. He's now almost 4 years old. If it wouldn't be a success i'd neuter him a bit later.

vets are inclined to discourage surgery because of the fact its genetic. its hard for them to understand why one would want that.

    Bolio only had 1 nut.

And, no, most vets won't do the surgery ... some weird ethics about if for whatever reason.

They'll help whelp a thousand worthless turd dogs, that have no earthly use whatsoever, but if a good working dog has some minor defect they "want it neutered"
