On the pedigree note, Ricky Jones never saw Little John go. Ricky was locked up and out of dogs by the time LJ was on the circuit doing anything.
There is still some of that floating around, as S_B can attest to. It just has to be from the right dogs, and not all of them are right.

This is pretty much stating the obvious as it pertains to all bulldogs.
I've seen my fair share of dogs either off LJ or down from him and one thing that has been true is consistency. At least as far as what my eyes have been on. Straight ahead no nonsense dogs.
LeeRoy may have told them that, but all it takes is a little research to know when Ricky was in jail as opposed to when Little John was actually shown.
Ricky went to jail in December of 89.
How long was he in at that time if so?
I remember seeing his ads in the Journal in the early 90's!
My source says he went in around 95-96.
This statement was also repeated by a dogman in NM as well as in Mo.
Including the 3 folks he told in person (LeeRoy) when he came to pick up his pups off Mickey x Cherokee.
