I would like to hear any feed back from anyone who has ever fed horse meat. I know guys who fed it in the past for dogs in keep, but would also like to hear opinions and ideas of feeding as a raw diet.

I believe horse meat is low in fat so wouldn't be my choice for in a keep.
This is true, but just like any raw diet, we can add or subtract different things to get a good end product. I'm thinking horse meat may be somewhat similar to deer meat as far as the protein content and lack of fat. I can buy donkey's for $25 apiece. That is a lot of meat and organs for $25. If I have to supplement the meat with fat sources, that is still big savings. Fat and oil is pretty cheap in comparison to the buying meat products.
