    Sporting dogs

Do you think, sporting dogs will be legal in the future.

really , you think that in the current world we live in where people fight for chicken rights and that lobster shouldnt be cooked alive , they gonna legalize fighting your pooch

I think there is a bigger chance that owning a dog will be illegal in the future lol

What's worse is people trying to debate this, "trying" to legalize or explain dog fighting to outsiders. Not realizing they harm the sport, rather than help.

Yup, pretty much hit that nail on the head. We are more likely to see the breed banned entirely then to see matching of dogs legalized. Is there anything that indicates that we are headed in the direction of matching being legalized??? It is quite the opposite it seems and that ain't changing anytime soon.

Even bringing this up is retarded. No, of course not.

Just like the war on drugs in the 80's & 90's, watching the eggs fry in a pan the dogs are getting the same publicity. It's the new agenda, a new war on us to make the people feel bad and make the government and organized groups money.

It's already happening with the commercials, H$U$, PETA and all the so called "rescues", and in the same way the war on drugs did little to stop folks from drug trafficking or using same will hold true for the dogs. They don't want to stop it, it's a CASH COW!

When I was a child I'd never heard of a Pit Dog, or APBT. ..my dad dated a woman who had a winning pit dog. I played with that dog each time we stayed at her place, there wasn't a second thought from my dad of his kid playing with the muscled up little red male. I sure wish I knew now how he was bred and what he had done in the pit, he was awesome, battle scared and sweeter than a lap dog, we were buddies. I wouldn't learn about the APBT until many years later when I was in my early 20's.

Now "fighting dogs" are a household subject and if you've ever been on Facebook there's THOUSANDS of self proclaimed dog fighters! We'll never see it legalized and it's going to be a long long time before we see their momentum slow down.

If at some point in time ,the breed is banned, and illegal for the public to own, after a period of time. I think under the interests of preserving the breed, and under heavy government regulations. The possibility of legal sporting dogs, may
Be a reality. Not in every state, but I could see sporting dog kennels in Los Vegas, with a one contest every couple years
Again, this is just a guess at the future, merely a prediction

My prediction is you wont even be allowed to own a dog in the future
any sporting even including weight pulling and or wall jumping will be considered the same as having a circus with wild animals today

u will wake up with a veggie milkshake and eat a veggie burger
when you talk to your grandkids and tell them you owned a dog they will think your disgusting and will roll you straight into a mental institution
