    Hip pain

Anyone have or had any success in treating older dogs with hip pain?

Glucosomine w/ chondroitin is a good supplement for older dogs.

It may provide some relief but I doubt it will do much for actual pain.

Maybe look into an acetaminophen type product. Dosages would be tough to calculate.

Have you looked into CBD? I have seen more information out there lately.

CBD oil will either kill us all or save the planet as it seems to be the answer for a lot of ailments as of late.

A guy that works for me has a mother in the latter stages of dementia and Alzheimers and the lists of medicines she was one going in was a long one. She is now off most of those medicines and on CBD oil is as good as she has been in many months.

If it works for you dog, let us know as it can be a valuable tool as the dogs get older.

    Again, best of luck.
