I just saw a copy of your keep, (I think it's your most recent one) from a youngster who I think has the dedication and common sense to be a top competitor one day. Anyway, he asked me and I wasn't exactly sure but I gave him my best guess. What is the purpose of 1 cup each of mustard greens and turnip greens in your keep? My guess was the vit K, iron, fiber, or all the above. Care to elaborate?
