1. If you own pitbulls and they bark, they can take your dogs for dog fighting , not charge you, then give you the option of just letting the dogs get put down or risk getting charged.

hsus need to stop with these witch hunts. who cares what the guy did in his past if you have no evidence that shows he is doing it again aka being caught in the []. he is not guilty plan and simple. so give the man his dogs back and his breeding tools back. its not against the law to bred dogs!
It takes alot less than that to draw unwanted attention. Once they are there what is right and what is wrong is no longer factored in. EWO

That's BS. Hope things work out for Brian and he gets his beloved dogs back in good condition. I tried to share this news on one of the main bulldog boards where his available breedings used to be advertised. Got took down and deleted fast. Makes me wonder?
Really sorry to hear this. Many times the H.S. loses these cases but still manage to kill the dogs. Someone up my way burned them and the county, a new one for a nice sum of money. But they still manage to destroy the dogs.

There has to be something done to prevent this from happening. There needs to be laws that says they can't arrest someone for dog fighting unless caught in the act.
I know who you are talking about ,but they got him since then.i think they took his horse too.but that was the county that he sued.
