I'm not going to get into this with anyone here, but I've flown across the country with DB for different things. Spent some quality time with him in the dogs and powerlifting both.
He admired, adored and almost idolized Tudor. He was like a father to him....his words. Mayfield on the other hand, he had little respect for. I don't know if he was referring to conditioning Tombstone specifically, or commenting on the general principal that Mayfield could shape one. I don't really care. I just know, from Danny's mouth, what he thought about Tudor and Mayfield both.

Last time I was at his house, he had a jeep bred dog, one, and it was a gift from extremely legit dogmen. He kept it as a pet. I had one of my best dogs of my entire life stolen from DB's yard, that same "last time" I ever saw him. It was many years ago.
