Just wondering how many of you use em or what your opinions are on em? I just got mine a week ago and enjoying it for day to day maintenance of the dogs..

    It's a good machine to put a hound on a pre-keep.
Turn off the power and a hard pulling hound will build strength from it

I had one some years back and it worked fairly well. I used it more for warm-up type work or some long low walks if the weather was bad outside. It can be a pretty good workout. EWO

crisis my dogs have never stepped on any type of mill and most seem to do pretty good on it i just put em on at 9km/hr for 2km each morning keeps em quiet all day i got 2 young males who hate it they wont do over 3km/hr when they slam the brakes on it stops the machine so i guess not to much going to happen if they break stride.
I just got it cause it hard to exercise them all every day when they dont get along and now we are coming up to the wet season its to hot in the afternoon to exercise them their pads just peel off the ground is so hot.
I dont own it for a keep just day to day maintenance as i said in the start. Going to buy another 2 so i have 3 set up could give them all a good run each morning in 1 hour before work control the speed control the distance and for $200 i don't think there is anything to complain about...

Yes like a carpet mill. Use a light chain and hook it to a wall. Hook the other end to their harness and it'll be just like you're walking them. Put something in front of them to bait them. If they still can't walk, raise the front of the mill so it'll be easier to turn.
The e mill best use is to build your dogs foundation(pre-keep). I start at 1 hour and by the end of 3 weeks its up to 8-12 hour walk on the e mill.
If you're spending $200 for an e mill it's too much. Here , I look on Craigslist for free e mills. Alot of times people sell their used ones for $20-$40. I have one for each dog.

It must suck to live out that far. But then it's also a good thing since no one there to bother you.
