Thread: Biodipirona

    Biodipirona

Would like to know about this product from those that have used it.
Its supposed to have 3 components in it, basically an antiinflammatory, an analgesic, and an antibiotic all in one. Pros and cons?

Great product, but it actually doesn't contain any antibiotic. It's a combination containing an antipyretic, analgesic, and antispasmodic. Works great after hunts, seen dogs not moving much or willing to eat given a shot and becoming willing to eat and move around. You can use it intravenous, intramuscular, or subcutaneous every 8 hours.

It's translated in English in the link I posted. I live on the new mex/Mexico border. Mexico is the only place I know where you can get it

Do you use the dosage chart on the link or your own?

If you notice on the link it says to dose at .5ml/10kg but when you look at the chart it says a 30kg dog can get 2-5 ml, which is stronger then what's written. The vet knowing what I use it for suggested I dose it at 1-1.5ml/10kg

Thanks rhino. Have you had pretty good results with that product/dosage?

Yes I have, I've been using it for years and others I have turned on to it, love it as well. It's a must have in my opinion for those that can get it.

Nice to hear some first hand experience. I got a bottle of this from the other side of the border and haven't used it yet.

Do you use it in conjunction with anything? Other than abx...
