You're going to have to Google something like "cerenia+injection+buy" and look for yourself.

There's a lot of choices out there, but most need a prescription.

If your dog can't keep anything down, he may have blockage and need a vet. Dogs don't live long if they can't keep anything down, so waiting for internet posts, and then ordering online (which means you have to wait days to get your drug), does NOT seem like a very smart move if you want your dog to live.

I would have the dog at a vet ASAP to rule out blockage, and (if warranted) you can get the cerenia there.
