Wow, when will this witch hunt end. I mean are there not enough Child molesters and unsolved murders that could use all this attention? There are thousands of child rings and trafficking. I would think that is far more important than a few hounds. I do agree with your statement why would anybody cross the state, if you cross the state might as well leave the country.
