    Vise Grips Little Lip

Jack did you ever breed this female? How did she compare to her sister bandanna? Did you keep any of the other siblings and if so did you breed them and how do they turn out?

Nope, first of all the dog looks like it's supposed to be a male, not a female, but either way it's bullshit.

It looks like an Asian guy making up dogs over there. Now, I have sold some dogs to some Asian fanciers, but no male bred like that, so it looks like the guy is just a paper-hanging liar.

In viewing some of the dogs in the pedigrees, it looks like he is also claimed to have this dog directly off of my Miss Trinx, but that breeding was never done, as Trinx died at 5 years of age right after he had Poncho, so it is simply impossible for the following dog to exist:

This reminds me of the fact there was another guy, named Ballard, who claimed he had a brother to Miss Trinx (named Redman), and that he had bred him to what was supposed to be bred to a sister to Ch Hammer (named Sadie), to create a reverse-pedigree of my Poncho and Missy:

This Ballard guy called me up in around the year 2000 and wanted to "trade pups" from this "great breeding" that was "just like Poncho was bred," but I slowed him down a bit and started picking his story apart by asking him some key questons. I told him I knew Hollingsworth and there was no such thing as a Red Man dog in Truman and Trinx's litter. Ballard assured me that there was. So I asked him what Redman's date of birth was and he stammered for a bit and said "April of 1990." I laughed and let him know that Truman and Trinx were both born in May of 1987 ... as I still had their papers ... and he tried to say his Redman dog was from a "repeat breeding." Again I laughed and let him know that Lady In Red was dead by 1990 and that Wildside bought out Hollingsworth's yard by April of 1990 as well.

I further let him know that there were no females in Ch Hammer's litter, and that Ch Hammer would have been 17 years of age in 2000, so I asked him how he had a living sister to Ch Hammer ... that was still producing pups at 17 years of age ... and especially when there wasn't even a bitch in tiny litter Hammer came from

Needless to say, there was a lot of stammering and he didn't say much after that ... so I said, "Thanks but no thanks," ... and he disappeared from the boards not too long after that

Just goes to show the importance of knowing the dogs in your pedigrees

I suppose imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but it's best done legitimately with real dogs not bullshit peds.
