Picking Your Keeper
I have seen people post that they get all game litters, put out high % from breeding. If you can produce all game litters an throw high % how do you choose which one you keep an which you ones you let go to worker.. (Kennels etc..) do you keep the one that shows what you are looking for or the better dog ??

Well what you keep will depend on what you breed for. You should keep the best representatives of what you desire in a dog. Desired traits are going to vary from breeder to breeder, some people choose based on strucfure, some performance, so your purpose for breeding will dictate what a breeder keeps from each litter. As for all game litters, people can say they have all game litters, but from my knowledge, it isnt as common as it seems and i doubt many who claim a all game litter, are being 100% honest with people or themselves for that matter. For the rare people who honestly have had a all game litters, i would say thats something any dogman would love to have. JMHO

I typically will keep the ones who look in phenotype the most like the dogs typically seen in the particular line I'm doing a breeding with Although I do pick the odd ball from time to time if they are the most dominate in the litter and act a better way than the others in certain areas . All you really have to go on with a pup IMO.
