Baytrill + hot compress with magnesium sulphate alone worked great for us. After cleaning and drying use anti bacterial ointment. Granulex spray looks like a good product as well. Ordered me one from ebay. Good luck

Mupirocin is the ingredient. The spot is starting to smell a bit but, looks okay.
