    Human vitamins

Will they work the same as dog vitamins or is it to much for a dog?

I just break them in half.

Human vitamins do not contain the same ingredients' concetration from brand to brand, so what you are asking, without certain amounts provided, can not be answered. If you feel that you like a certain product you could adjust for a dog by calculating the weight ratio of dog's weight to average human's weight and use the same portion of the vitamin to a dog, but for me this is not the right way.

Vitamins are vitamins. They do not make a special kind "for humans," lol.

That's like asking if they make "human chicken," lol.
Chicken is chicken, the only difference is in how much you feed

Taso is right also: different human brands put in different ratios (same with different dog brands for that matter), but vitamins are vitamins, so the question thus becomes what brand are you talking about, so we can see the amounts of each vitamin contained in the product's ingredients profile?

Czar, I suggest that you get some generic vitamins and gauge what you need for your dogs. Prenatal vitamins are water-soluble so whatever your dogs don't use, they pass through urine. I use them on myself when I am getting ready for a powerlifting competition. An old man put me on to them a long time ago. Just be careful with whatever you use because some vitamins are toxic when too much is given. JMHO
