    Allergies

I have a pup that seems to be having terrible allergy problems. Rashes on his stomach and legs and has been scratching himself raw. Is a vet visit the only way to find out what he is allergic to and what if anything is available to help treat this over the counter.

when its food it can be a whole lot of things. u can try to feed him raw and grain free or a hypoallergenic kibble. you can let his blood checked as well for things like grass or house mite allergies.

any time i have anything skin related or see someone with that, i get he dog an a quality raw feed diet.
it has cured 100% of every skin problem i've seen in the last 2 years
it is just my experience though

What is wrong with feeding raw?

How many posts do you have to see, how many testimonials do you have to hear, before you get a clue and feed raw?

It's already been said but a raw diet is the answer.

Not an acceptable excuse but a little insight to my situation. I know first hand the benefits of a raw diet and I don't need testimonial as I own your book and DVDs. I have one dog in keep now that eats raw. Due to the number I am feeding, the time the keep requires, having a 16 month old little boy that is hell on wheels, and being slammed with overtime at work time is a factor. I do feed a grain free kibble to the other 11 I have but it is still kibble this I am aware of. Once again not acceptable excuse because if I have the animals I should have the time to properly care for them. Thanks for all the input and I'll try raw with the pup and see if this solves the problem.
